My brother took out insurance with Paul Baker Insurance Services, for our park home several years ago, and was very happy with the service he received. After my brother died last year, I then  took over dealings with the company. They were extremely professional and helpful when transferring the policy into my name and earlier this year, renewing the policy. I have just sold the park home and again, the person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful. She immediately organised the cancellation of the policy and arranged a refund for the outstanding months. Over the past 7 months, I have had a lot of paperwork etc to sort out, and it makes such a difference when a company like this sorts out things so professionally and efficiently.

At all times the customer service has been first class and the policy was excellent value. I dealt with Jenny for a recent admin matter. Jenny was professional, friendly and did exactly what she said she would do re calling back and sending email confirmation of our agreement. Superb service and would highly recommend.
