My brother took out insurance with Paul Baker Insurance Services, for our park home several years ago, and was very happy with the service he received. After my brother died last year, I then  took over dealings with the company. They were extremely professional and helpful when transferring the policy into my name and earlier this year, renewing the policy. I have just sold the park home and again, the person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful. She immediately organised the cancellation of the policy and arranged a refund for the outstanding months. We have had insurance for the last 3 years with Paul Baker for our lodge. At all times the customer service has been first class and the policy was excellent value. I dealt with Jenny for a recent admin matter. Jenny was professional, friendly and did exactly what she said she would do re calling back and sending email confirmation of our agreement. Superb service and would highly recommend.
